Nissan Versa Sedan
In fact, the Nissan Versa is among others considered the favorite of Americans when it comes to rental cars. In the current model generation you get a real dynamic and modern vehicle from Sixt in this category. In the Nissan, a 7-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system is already installed as standard, and it has a Bluetooth interface and a USB port. This allows you to listen to music from your phone even while driving. Despite its compact size, five adults can easily ride in the vehicle without sacrificing comfort. The Versa is considered a small space wonder, as even the trunk offers significantly more storage space than other vehicles of this size. Those who don’t want to drive a race car will also have plenty of fun with the 122 horsepower four-cylinder engine. Fuel economy averages around 35 mpg when driving on the highway. The Nissan Versa’s handling is also extremely satisfactory. Bumps in the road are dampened almost unnoticed by the well-tuned suspension.
Hyundai Venue
Similar to the Nissan Versa, the Hyundai cars in the Sixt fleet are also equipped with a four-cylinder engine. Here, around 121 hp is put on the road in combination with a continuously variable automatic transmission via front-wheel drive. In city driving, fuel economy is just under 30 mpg, and out of town on the highway, just over 33 mpg. Inside, there’s a roughly 8-inch monitor that offers some adjustment options and doubles as an infotainment system. Of course, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto features are on board. The interior in the Venue is also finished with quite high-quality materials thanks to the limited equipment line in the Sixt fleet. This includes, for example, a leather-covered steering wheel or shift knob. Comfortably upholstered seats and an overall top-class finish ensure a pleasant feeling of space. Those who drive the Hyundai a lot in the city can benefit from a number of safety features. All vehicles are already equipped with a blind spot assistant by the manufacturer as standard.
MINI Cooper
If you’ve always wanted to drive a Mini Cooper, the Sixt CCAR category is a great fit. Although the car measures just around 158 inches, the regular purchase price is still quite expensive. In our opinion, the price is justified, because compared to other small cars, the MINI from BMW can offer quite a bit of quality. Once you’ve taken a seat in the car, you won’t want to leave it so quickly. The MINI Cooper’s agile and sporty handling makes it a real highlight. Under the hood, for example, there’s a 136 hp three-cylinder engine that completely convinced us with its cultivated smoothness. A sprint to 60 mph takes just over 8 seconds. The MINI is very comfortable for all occupants. Even taller people can travel longer distances on the back seat without any problems. The space in the trunk is known to be somewhat sparse, but can be expanded thanks to the folding rear seat.
